Refund policy

Refund is not offered due to customer change of mind. These are digital items which means they are not refundable, particularly if evidence shows downloads have been made of the content.

By clicking "Buy Now" and downloading digital content, the customer expressly agrees that the supply of the digital product begins immediately. By continuing to purchase, customer acknowledges that they thereby lose the EU right of withdrawal and cannot cancel my purchase or receive a refund once the download has started.

In the case of a recurring subscription, Quiet Play Pty Ltd will only provide a refund on a subscription fee in the event Quiet Play is unable to continue to provide a membership subscription, or if at its absolute discretion, decides it is reasonable to offer a refund. Where this occurs, the refund will be in the proportional amount of the Subscription Fee that remains unused by the customer.
